Driver's License History (DLH) provides proof of successful completion and graduation from a BDE course. A BDE graduate with a DLH may be eligible for an insurance discount,
Graduates are eligible to take their G2 road test at 8 months instead of 12.
Step 1 - Self Paced Online
10 hours of theory to prepare for the classroom
Step 2 - Classroom/Simulation
10 hours in-person theory complemented by hands-on simulation
Step 3 - HomeLink
10 hours of self-paced online modules & research projects to build upon the classroom training.
Step 4 - In-Vehicle
10 hours one-on-one in-car training with one of our experienced instructors.
Students are taught
Rules and laws of the road – including commonly misunderstood laws and signs
Consequences of impaired driving – alcohol and texting, etc.
Proper visual scanning to spot and solve potential hazards
Managing space around your vehicle effectively
Highway/freeway problems, emergencies and ramps
Managing risk at intersections
Parking skills – parallel parking, 3 point turns, hill parking, stall parking, etc.
One way streets
Braking techniques (abs and threshold)
Gravel road driving – gravel shoulder recovery
Adverse weather conditions – best taught all year round on the simulator
Cooperative driving – recognize other drivers make mistakes – less prone to ‘road rage’

They throw a lot at you and see what sticks but wouldn't have it any other way. I passed my roadtest and now driving around a garbage truck for GFL environmental. Both bring an amazing amount … More of knowledge to the table and are very passionate about what they do. Johnny in particular is always full of energy and goes above and beyond to help his students. He even created YouTube videos to map out the potential road test routes for his prospective students. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
